Peaches and ice cream - low syn dessert heaven
This little recipe is the easiest-peasiest thing you can ever make. So simple and so delicious! I made mine with Breyers Delights high protein, low fat and super tasty ice cream. This post is sponsored, but don’t let that hold you back from making it. I only make delicious food whether it’s sponsored or not, so you’re in good hands! Breyers is available at most major UK supermarkets.
So here’s how to make this peachy recipe…
Serves 1, it’s 6 syns based on the portions below. If you use more ice cream, peaches or syrup, you need to add this on as extra. To make, you’re going to need a griddle pan.
1 peach (1.5 syns per peach, cooked)
Breyers Deiights cookies and cream ice cream (3.5 syns for 100ml)
A handful of fresh mint
maple syrup (1 syn for 2 tsp)
Carefully halve a peach and remove the stone.
Heat up your griddle pan onto a medium heat and spray with a little frylight.
Place your peaches smooth side down for 3-4 mins without turning/moving. If it looks really steamy or you smell burning, turn down the heat.
Remove from the griddle and serve up on a bed of fresh mint, with delicious Breyers Delights ice cream and top with a little maple syrup
Enjoy your epic dessert!
