Yoghurt dipped strawberries - like chocolate!
I'm a sweet-tooth kind of fiend and if I could eat pudding every day, in fact, three times a day, I probably would. So when someone recommended I try this I was really delighted by it. So easy and a lovely snack for movie time or when the girls come over. It's so simple as well!
1 x mullerlight yoghurt of your choice. I recommend the vanilla with dark choc sprinkles :)
1 punnet of strawberries, washed but don't remove the stalks
1. Take a baking tray which is freezerproof and line it with baking paper. Put in the freezer for 20 mins or so to get it super cold.
2. When it's very cold to the touch remove from the freezer and very fast half dip your strawberries into the yoghurt before placing back on the tray. I actually did this sort of half leaning in the freezer, it works really well (if a tad cold for you!)
3. Leave in the freezer for about 10 mins or until the yoghurt has gone hard.
4. Remove and serve immediately. I had them with a glass of prosecco (cause, hell, if I'm being good on the food, I deserve it... right?!)
