Syn free blue cheese dip
This dip has been a staple in my life since I joined slimming world four years ago. I often make it for guests who always love it too, even if they think they hate diet food! It's just about the most simple thing you can make, too so you can whip it up in minutes if you need a snack.
This makes enough for 4 people as a dip, and it uses one healthy extra A choice, or you can scoff the whole lot yourself (as I do, quite often).
35g strong blue cheese (healthy extra a choice)
2-3 heaped tablespoons quark
Mix or blend (blending is better) very well until smooth, and serve!
